【摘 要】医院建设项目有其复杂的一面，为了使产品的功能和质量精益求精，采用了平行承发包形式，这都要求业主方更大范围参与工程项目的管理。而业主必须采用一些有效的方法和措施参与设计、招标、施工等各个环节的协调和管理，这样的建筑产品才能尽可能体现使用者的需求，才能体现业主方的利益。
