山东省大型医疗设备管理存在的问题与对策
【摘 要】医疗设备作为医院的一个重要组成部分，不仅能提高临床诊治能力和诊治水平，还会为医院带来一定的经济效益。成熟的医疗设备管理方法直接或间接影响着医院管理水平与发展。但现阶段，我国医院的很多医疗设备特别是大型医疗设备存在着大量的管理缺陷，严重影响了医院的临床工作，因此，分析大型医疗设备管理存在的问题并制订相应对策，对现代化医院管理有重要的现实意义，对控制卫生费用过快增长、维护患者权益、促进卫生事业健康发展有着深远的意义。
