加强医院基建管理的重要性分析
【摘 要】随着医疗水平的不断提高，医院的基本建设项目在逐渐增多，已经成为医院发展的重要组成部分，而且其直接影响着医院的发展速度与方向。目前，卫生经济领域的重要内容是加强基本建设的管理，提高基建的投资效益。近几年，医院基建项目存在许多问题和弊端，给医院的发展也带来了一定的影响，说明科学化、规范化、制度化的基建管理，才可保证工程质量，缩短建设周期、降低成本，提高收益。笔者结合本院基本建设管理的经验，对加强医院基建管理的重要性进行分析，现报告如下。
