论医院后勤保障中存在的问题和对策

     【摘 要】为了适应新形势下医院发展的需要，提高后勤保障能力，本文分析医院后勤保障中存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策。

    医院后勤保障工作是医院管理的重要组成部分，后勤保障水平的高低直接关系到医疗工作能否顺利进行和健康发展，关系到职工的积极性和稳定性，关系到患者的治疗和生命安全。因此，如何在新形势下适应医院发展的需要，提高后勤保障能力，是当前摆在医院后勤管理者面前的一个重要课题。
