奥扎格雷纳联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗塞的临床观察

【摘要】目的:观察奥扎格雷纳联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效。方法:奥扎格雷纳组和氯吡格雷组分别采用奥扎格雷纳和氯吡格雷单药治疗,联合治疗组采用奥扎格雷纳+氯吡格雷治疗,连用14 d后进行神经功能缺损评分和疗效评价。结果:联合治疗组神经功能明显改善,总显效率和总有效率明显上升,与奥扎格雷纳组和氯吡格雷组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:奥扎格雷纳联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗塞能获得较好的疗效。
