MSCT在胆脂瘤型中耳炎中的诊断价值

【摘要】目的:分析胆脂瘤型中耳炎的MSCT表现,提高对胆脂瘤型中耳炎术前诊断的准确性。方法:采用西门子64层全身CT机,回顾分析29例经手术病理证实的胆脂瘤型中耳炎病人的MSCT表现。结果:胆脂瘤型中耳炎MSCT表现有:鼓室、鼓窦、乳突内软组织密度影,听骨移位和破坏;盾板骨及鼓室外侧破坏、乙状窦壁、鼓室盖、半规管和面神经管等的破坏;乳突硬化和骨质破坏。结论:MSCT能很好地显示颞骨细微解剖结构,对胆脂瘤型中耳炎的诊断和指导手术具有重要的意义,是首选的影像学诊断方法。

【Abstract】 Objective Studying the features of MSCT in patients with middle ear cholesteatoma to improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis to this disease .Methods:Adopting Siemens 64 slices CT machine, the features of MSCT were reviewed retrospectively in 29 patients with middle ear cholesteatoma confirmed by operations and pathologies.Results:The features of MSCT in patients with middle ear cholesteatoma included: soft- tissue mass shadows inside The tympanic cavity, tympanic sinus and mastoid process;the dislocation and destruction of theossicles;The destruction of the interscutal plate ,tympanic cavity lateral,sigmoid sinus plate , tympanic tegmen , semicircular canal and facial nerve canal;the sclerosis and osteoclasia of the mastoid.Conclusion:MSCT can clearly display the hyperfine anatomic structure of temporal bone, and has important values to diagnose and surgical operation of the diseases with middle ear cholesteatoma,and is the preferred examination method. ......
