【摘要】目的：探讨护理观察在多创伤患者急诊急救中的临床意义及实施过程。方法：结合我院82例多创伤患者急诊急救的过程分析其中护理观察方案。结果.经过积极抗休克，建立静脉通道,维持有效循环血量治疗，82例多创伤患者治愈及好转71例(86.58%),致残7例(8.53%),死亡4(4.87%)。结论：有效抢科学规范的急救护理程序可以为患者赢得时间，获得最佳治疗时机。
