【摘要】近年来腋臭治疗方法层出不穷，其中有药物口服、药物外用、药物注射、物理治疗、手术治疗等。笔者总结近10年内采用不同方法治疗的320例腋臭治疗的经验，认为药物口服和外用治疗，由于未能直接对大汗腺及其排泄导管构成破坏，疗效相对不稳定；药物注射、微波及手术治疗方式均对大汗腺及其排泄导管直接构成不同程度的破坏，疗效相对稳定。

    【Abstract】In recent years, an endless stream of underarm odor treatment, including oral medications, topical medications, injections, physical therapy, surgical treatment. The author summarized the past 10 years, treated by different methods of treatment experience of 320 cases of underarm odor, that the treatment of oral and topical medications, due to its failure to discharge directly to the apocrine duct constitute a breach, the relative efficacy of instability; drug injection, microwave and surgical treatment methods are on the apocrine excretory duct and pose varying degrees of damage directly, efficacy is relatively stable.
