【摘要】目的：探讨经阴道超声(TVS)及经直肠超声(TRS)等各种无创超声检查法在妇科疾病中的诊断价值及各自的优越性。方法：运用经腹超声和TRS对150例妇科疾病患者进行检查，其中120例同时TVS检查，并与病理或临床治疗结果相对照。结果：150例妇科疾病患者，经腹超声诊断符合率为65.5%，TRS诊断符合率为85.1%，TVS诊断符合率为93.3%。结论：TVS及TRS在妇科疾病诊断中明显优于经腹超声，三者声像图有相似之处，单独应用某一项技术容易造成误诊，三者互为补充。

    【Abstract】objective: To explore by TVS and TRS to noninvasive ultrasonic inspection in the diagnostic value of gynecological diseases and their respective superiority. Methods: using abdominal ultrasound and TRS 150 patients gynecological disease patients to inspect, including 120 cases of TVS inspection, and at the same time with pathological or clinical treatment results contrast. Results: 65.5% over diagnostic accuracy of TRS is 85.1%, and TVS is 93.3%. Conclusion: TVS and TRS gynecological diseases diagnosis in significantly better than the abdominal ultrasound.
