【摘要】 目的：探讨外伤并发脑梗死的临床治疗体会。方法：对25例确诊为外伤导致的脑梗死患者的治疗，其中男16例，女9例；车祸11例，击打10例坠落4例，均已颅脑外伤住院后并发脑梗死。结果：手术10例和保守治疗15例，按照GOS评分标准：良好15例、中残5例、重残3例、植物生存1例、死亡1例。结论：了解外伤并发脑梗死的病发机制和病发的时间，以便预防和及早的发现，降低致残率和死亡率

    【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the clinical treatment of traumatic cerebral infarction experience. Methods: 25 patients were diagnosed as cerebral trauma caused by the treatment of patients, of which 16 males and 9 females; accident in 11 cases, 10 cases fall hit, 4 cases have been hospitalized after head injury complicated by cerebral infarction. Results: 10 cases of surgical and conservative treatment of 15 cases, in accordance with the GOS score criteria: good in 15 cases, the residual 5 cases, 3 cases of severe disability, vegetative in 1 case, 1 died. Conclusion: Understanding injury mechanisms of the disease complicated by cerebral infarction and the time the disease to prevention and early discovery, reduce morbidity and mortality. ......
