【摘要】目的 探讨中药新药的筛选方法方法 建立现代中药新药筛选系统，利用OLIGo芯片技术，建立动物模型、基因表达差异谱数据库、高速计算机和处方模拟软件，对整体动物药效学试验验证，达到对中药新药有效性的检测。

    结果新药筛选系统可使中药的理论和作用机制明确，使使中药从根本上实现现代化、国际化。结论新药筛选系统是一个中药研究的有效方法，为中药现代化研究提供了一个全新的思路和方向。
