【摘要】核素心肌灌注显像检查，是在患者静脉注射放射性核素显像剂99mTC-甲氧基异丁基异晴(MIBI)后，心肌处于静息状态时进行单光子发射型计算机断层照相机(Single Photonemission Computed Tomography， SPECT)扫描，能准确评估心肌血流灌注情况，为心血管疾病的诊断提供可靠依据。
