104例大面积脑梗死的早期CT诊断价值分析(1)

     【摘 要】 目的:探讨临床CT影像学检查方法对于早期大面积脑梗死患者的诊断价值,以此为合理有效的临床诊断、治疗提供较为可靠的参考依据。方法:对2009年3月~2010年7月期间我科室104例大面积脑梗死患者的临床早期CT影像学检查资料予以回顾性的分析总结。结果:104例大面积脑梗死患者均存在一定的早期CT影像学特征,30例患者存在大脑中动脉高密度影,约为28.85%;41例患者存在豆状核边界不清,约为39.42%;45例患者存在轻度占位,约为43.27%;33例患者出现早期低密度影,约为31.73%;17例患者脑沟消失,约为16.35%;29例患者存在岛皮质边界模糊,约为27.88%。结论: CT影像学检查方法对于早期大面积脑梗死患者有着良好的临床诊断应用价值,能够较好的发现患者相应的CT影像学特征,以轻度占位发生率相对比较高,其次为豆状核边界不清、早期低密度影、大脑中动脉高密度影、岛皮质边界模糊,而脑沟消失发生率相对比较低。CT影像学检查方法可以为合理有效的临床诊断、治疗早期大面积脑梗死提供较为可靠的参考依据,值得临床借鉴应用。

    【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the clinical CT imaging method for early diagnosis of massive cerebral infarction in patients with the value as a reasonable and effective clinical diagnosis and treatment provide a more reliable reference. Methods: March 2009 - July 2010 during which I sections 104 cases of massive cerebral infarction in patients with early clinical CT imaging data to be retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results: 104 cases of massive cerebral infarction patients had some early CT imaging features of 30 patients in the brain artery high density, about 28.85%; 41 patients Wilson's ill-defined there, about 39.42% ; 45 patients there is mild mass, approximately 43.27%; 33 patients with early low density, about 31.73%; 17 patients sulcus disappears, about 16.35%; 29 patients there are blurred boundaries of the island cortex, approximately 27.88%. Conclusion: CT imaging method for early massive cerebral infarction patients with good clinical application value can be better found in patients with the CT imaging features corresponding to relatively mild high occupancy rate, followed by Wilson core boundary is unclear, the early low density, high density middle cerebral artery, Island cortex fuzzy boundaries, and the incidence of cerebral sulcus disappears relatively low.
