【摘 要】 目的：总结儿童鼻窦炎在临床表现与治疗上的特殊性。方法：儿童鼻窦炎患儿经鼻负压治疗、鼻喷激素、上颌窦穿刺综合保守治疗，部分患儿配合腺样体刮除术。结果：综合保守治疗治愈率达96.4%，配合腺样体刮除术治愈率可达99.9%。结论：儿童鼻窦炎早期药物治疗非常关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the clinical manifestations of sinusitis in children and treatment specificity. Methods: Children of nasal sinusitis in children with negative pressure therapy, steroid nasal spray, sinus puncture and conservative treatments, some children with adenoidectomy. Results: The conservative treatments cure rate of 96.4%, with adenoidectomy 99.9% cure rate. Conclusion: Drug treatment of sinusitis in children early is critical.
