摘要：本文搜集了这些年在国内有关于新生婴儿护理工作中的不安全因素的研究状况，结合有关工作经验和所学过的专业知识，综合研究分析新出生婴儿的护理工作中常见的不安全因素和防护措施。得出要提高新出生婴儿护理人员相关专业基础知识和操作的技能、加强护患沟通和完善医护管理制度是预防新生儿护理工作中有关危险事件发生的重要方法的结论。
