摘要：目的：探讨将人性化管理应用于儿科护理持续质量改进中的效果。方法：选择2018年9月至2019年4月收治的118例患儿，随机分为对照组(常规管理)和实验组(人性化管理)，对比两组护理事件不良反应发生情况。结果：实验组护理不良事件发生情况较对照组明显较少(P<0.05)。结论：将人性化管理应用于儿科护理持续质量改进中效果较好，能有效减少护理事件不良反应发生情况的发生。

    Abstract： Objective： To explore the effect of applying humanized management in the continuous quality improvement of pediatric nursing. Methods： 118 children from September 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group (conventional management) and experimental group (humanized management). The adverse reactions of nursing events were compared between the two groups.
