血清miR-331-3p与原发性肝细胞癌肿瘤特征关系的研究

    摘要：目的：探讨miR-331-3p与原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)肿瘤特征关系。方法 RT-PCR方法检测25例肝硬化患者，20例慢性肝炎患者，50例HCC患者血清miR-331-3p含量。结果 miR-331-3p对HCC有诊断效能(AUC=0.740)，并与肿瘤的大小及是否具侵袭血管或淋巴明显相关。结论 miR-331-3p是HCC诊断潜在标志物。
