    摘要：目的：探讨烧伤科护理过程中不稳定的潜在因素及相应的预防措施。方法：选取150例烧伤病人，对其不稳定因素进行护理分析，并制定相应的预防措施。结果：根据调查，焦虑的主要因素为急症护理的社会因素、护士、病人和设施。预防措施主要有：合理利用人力资源，提高护士自身素质，加强专业学习，全面开展优质护理服务，加强健康教育。结论：针对急症护理过程中存在的不稳定因素，采取相应的预防措施，能有效提高护理質量，减少护理事故和差错的发生，最大限度地保障病人的安全。
