[摘要] 采用超临界CO2流体法提取苦参中的氧化苦参碱，以0.1mL/L氨水作碱化剂，在45℃、压力42MPa的条件下萃取2h，并用高效液相色谱法对萃取液中的氧化苦参碱进行定量分析，结果表明该方法可靠，精密度高，同时也为其他生物碱利用超临界CO2流体萃取法的萃取及定量建立了一种快速、简便、有效的方法。
