[摘要] 教务会议对于高等医学院校的教学管理意义重大，现阶段教务会议存在有诸多问题。本研究尝试运用精细化管理理论将教务会议分为会前准备、议事过程和追踪反馈等3个阶段，并细化了每个阶段的的分工和程序，以期建立教务会议的精细化管理模型。
