地奥司明片治疗上肢创伤性水肿的疗效分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察地奥司明片在门诊治疗上肢创伤性水肿的临床疗效。 方法 治疗组60例单纯口服地奥司明片治疗上肢创伤性水肿；对照组60例采用常规抬高伤肢进行治疗。 结果 治疗组治疗后6 d肿胀缓解的有效率为93.33%，疼痛缓解的有效率为86.67%；对照组肿胀缓解的有效率为56.67%，疼痛缓解的有效率为48.34%，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。 结论 地奥司明片治疗上肢创伤性水肿疗效满意。
