[摘要] 目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮心脏损害的情况。方法 回顾性分析2001～2010年收治的128例SLE患者心电图检测的临床资料，总结SLE患者心脏损害的心电图临床特点。结果 128例SLE患者中有42例(32.83%)心电图异常。结论 SLE影响心脏时症状轻微或无症状，早期心电图检查有助于提高SLE所致心脏损害的检出率，及早诊治可改善SLE患者预后。

    Clinical analysis of electrocardiogram for heart damage in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram for heart damage in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 128 hospitalized SLE patients from 2001 to 2010 to sum up the electrocardiogram characters of heart damage. Results There were 42 cases(32.83%) with abnormal electrocardiogram among 128 SLE patients. Conclusion Most of SLE patients with heart damage are asymptomatic.Assistant examination such as electrocardiogram could increase the detection rate of the heart damage caused by SLE.Early diagnosis and rational treatment could improve the prognosis. ......
