生血宁片对老年贫血合并功能性便秘的治疗作用

[摘要] 目的 探讨生血宁片对老年贫血合并功能性便秘的治疗效果。 方法 对老年贫血合并功能性便秘的患者应用生血宁片进行治疗，每日3次，每次0.5 g，观察治疗前后便秘及贫血的改善情况。 结果 便秘症状痊愈86例，显效12例，无效8例，总有效率为92.5%，服药后4周各项贫血指标均有明显改善。 结论 生血宁片对贫血合并功能性便秘的老年患者有很好的疗效，特别是对便秘疗效明显，值得推广。
