[摘要] 利用肿瘤特异性启动子调控治疗基因在肿瘤细胞中的表达，是实现肿瘤靶向性基因治疗以及提高转导效率的重要手段和有效途径。肿瘤特异性启动子可耦联溶瘤基因、抑癌基因、自杀基因以及siRNA/MicRNA等，特异性调控这些基因在肿瘤治疗中杀死或诱导癌细胞凋亡，或抑制其生长，而对正常细胞影响非常小，从而达到特异性治疗的目的。

    Study on specific promoters for tumor target gene therapy

    [Abstract] By using the tumor specific promoter to regulate related gene expression at tumor cell is one of the best approaches to achieve tumor targeting gene therapy and improve transduction efficiency. TSP could be coupled with oncolytic,tumor suppressor genes,antisense nucleic acids,suicide gene and siRNA/ MicRMA etc,then specific regulate them to induce the apoptosis of tumor cells, kill them directly,or inhibit their proliferation without toxicity to normal cells. ......
