[摘要] 为更好的适应海峡西岸经济区发展，使药品经营与管理专业课程设置的岗位针对性更强，本研究采用调查法、讨论法等，对在校生、在校实习生、毕业生及用人单位实施抽样调研；召集本系教师及药企专家召开研讨会，探讨药品经营与管理专业课程体系改革的必要性，并提出新型药品经营与管理专业课程体系构建思路。

    [Abstract] The objective is to adapt to the Hercynian economic development and set up a more targeted set of drug operation and management courses.The survey method is to discuss the law in school,in school interns,graduates and employers to implement the sampling survey.Convened the faulty and pharmaceutical experts?to hold a workshop to explore the necessity of reform on drug operation and management courses.Finally,to set up an establishment of the new drugs operation and management of professional courses system.
