小儿轮状病毒肠炎患者的全血锌水平变化(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨轮状病毒肠炎患儿发病急性期全血锌水平与正常儿童的区别，充分认识缺锌对儿童的危害和合理补锌的必要性。 方法 使用原子吸收分光光度法测定轮状病毒性腹泻患儿4 362例和健康儿童4 560例血锌含量。 结果 轮状病毒肠炎患儿血锌明显低于同龄健康儿童血锌水平，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 小儿患轮状病毒肠炎时血清锌的水平降低，大多数轮状病毒患儿处于缺锌状态。
