[摘要] 目的 探讨小脑出血的临床治疗及手术时机选择。 方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院神经外科2007年7月～2010年7月收治的手术治疗小脑出血患者27例，其中3例患者手术时已出现呼吸停止，双瞳散大。 结果 27例患者只有1例患者死亡，其余26例治疗效果良好。 结论 小脑出血手术越早，效果越好。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical treatment of cerebellar hemorrhage and timing of surgery options.
