[摘要]病案是患者就医最原始、最客观的医学资料，病案管理工作是医院管理工作的重要组成部分，病案质量的好坏直接反映一个医院医疗服务水平与管理水平的高低，随着信息技术的飞速发展，病案管理中暴露出了众多问题，笔者就病案管理工作中出现的问题进行分析，并探讨其相应对策。
