[摘要] 目的 了解无为县城乡高三学生生长发育营养状况及城乡差异。 方法 对2012年无为县体检的1240名高三学生的身高、体重、营养状况及视力资料进行统计分析。 结果 县城学生身高、体重均高于农村学生，差异均有统计学意义；县城中学生的营养不良率低于农村，而肥胖率高于农村中学生，差异均有统计学意义。乡村学生的视力低下率低，视力状况明显好于县城学生。 结论 无为县高三学生生长发育城乡差距仍然显著，县城学生营养过剩和农村学生营养不良及视力低下的问题，应得到学校、家长及学生的足够重视。
