[摘要] 目的 探讨原发性男性不育症患者的精液质量，为治疗男性不育症提供相应的临床数据。 方法 将2012年1月～2013年12月本单位收治的430例原发性男性不育症患者的精液，并通过计算机辅助精子分析技术进行精液质量的全面分析。结果 430例原发性男性不育症患者中，精液量<2mL患者，占5.8%；精液液化时间>60min患者，占2.3%；精子密度<20×106/mL患者，占33.0%；精子活动力(运动a级)<25%患者，占92.7%，白细胞计数>2/HP患者，54.9%。结论 精子质量下降是导致男性原发性不育症的主要因素。
