[摘要] 本文通过综合运用STN、WPI和CNPAT数据库进行检索和分析，分析了作为利托那韦原研企业的雅培如何从化合物、药物制剂、合成方法、联合用药、化合物晶型、新用途和前药等几个方面在全球和中国构建有层次的专利保护网。同时还对中国申请人利托那韦的相关重点专利进行了分析，以期在对比之下探寻国内相关生产企业研发突破口。
