[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺病与乳腺癌中鉴别意义。 方法 入选的200例乳腺疾病患者分为对照组(良性乳腺病)和观察组(乳腺癌)，两组均实施彩色多普勒超声检查。 结果 观察组轮廓不规则和边缘不光滑所占比例高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组内部回声不均匀所占比例高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组侧壁有回声和后壁回声增强所占比例低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 彩色多普勒超声检查有助于乳腺病和乳腺癌鉴别，具有重要检查意义。
