[摘要] 目的 探讨微创腰椎间盘分流术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的手术配合和护理要点。 方法 回顾分析15例微创腰椎间盘分流术的术中配合和护理过程。 结果 15例患者均安全完成手术，效果满意 ，无并发症发生。 结论 认真做好术前准备和评估，正确摆放体位，掌握手术配合步骤，加强术中护理配合，严格执行无菌操作，可保证手术安全顺利地完成。
