氨茶碱联合腹腔减压治疗腹腔间隙综合征患者的疗效(1)
[摘要] 目的 通過氨茶碱联合腹腔减压对腹腔间隙综合征(ACS)患者进行治疗，探讨其临床疗效及比较这两种治疗方法的异同，为腹腔间隙综合征患者寻找有效的治疗方法。 方法 选取2012年3月～2015年3月在我院重症医学科住院治疗的41例ACS患者，随机分为腹腔减压治疗组(n=21)和氨茶碱联合腹腔减压治疗组(n=20)。腹腔减压治疗组予单纯腹腔减压治疗，而氨茶碱联合腹腔减压治疗组则在腹腔减压治疗的基础上联合氨茶碱治疗，比较两组治疗前后的各项指标差异，探讨其临床疗效及比较这两种治疗方法的异同。 结果 氨茶碱联合腹腔减压治疗组较单纯腹腔减压治疗组患者的症状和体征明显改善，器官功能恢复较早，氧合较前改善，APACHEⅡ评分下降，病死率下降，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 氨茶碱联合腹腔减压治疗ACS患者，可以快速缓解ACS患者临床症状，促进组织和器官功能的恢复，降低死亡风险。

[Abstract] Objective By treatment of abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) by aminophylline combined with abdominal decompression，to explore the clinical curative effect and compare the similarities and differences between the two treatments，and to search for effective treatment for patients with abdominal compartment syndrome. Methods 41 cases of ACS patients cured in Department of Critical Care Medicine of our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into abdominal decompression group (n=21) and aminophylline combined with abdominal decompression group (n=20).Patients in abdominal decompression group were treated with simple abdominal decompression，and patients in aminophylline combined with abdominal decompression group were treated with aminophylline on the basis of abdominal decompression.The difference of indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.The clinical efficacy and comparison of the similarities and differences between the two treatments were explored. Results Compared with abdominal decompression group，the symptoms and signs of aminophylline combined with abdominal decompression group were significantly improved，organ function recovered earlier，oxygenation was improved，APACHE Ⅱ score decreased，and mortality decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion Aminophylline combined with abdominal decompression in the treatment of abdominal compartment syndrome can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with ACS，promote the recovery of tissue and organ function，and reduce the risk of death.
