综合护理干预对干眼症患者的社会心理状况的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨综合护理干预对干眼症患者的社会心理状况的影响。 方法 选择2016年1～12月在我院诊断治疗的60例干眼症患者研究对象，所有患者随机分为两组，干预组及对照组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理。干预组给予综合护理干预。比较干预前后两组SDS、SAS以及社会支持评定量表结果。 结果 干预后，两组SAS评分较干预前下降明显，差异显著(P<0.05)；干预组干预后SAS评分较对照组低，两组间编校差异显著(P<0.05)。干预后，两组SDS评分较干预前下降明显，差异显著(P<0.05)；干预组干预后SDS评分较对照组低，两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。干预后，两组主观支持、客观支持以及对支持利用的评分较干预前高，差异显著(P<0.05)。干预组干预后主观支持、客观支持以及对支持利用的评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 综合护理干预能显著改善干眼症患者的社会心理状况。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on social psychological status of patients with Xerophthalmia. After intervention， subjective support， objective support， and support utilization scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention， and the difference was significant(P<0.05)； After intervention， subjective support， objective support， and support utilization scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group， which showed significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for Xerophthalmia can improve social psychological status.
