    [摘要]腹股沟淋巴结清扫术是外阴癌的重要治疗手段。为了减少开放腹股沟淋巴结清扫术术后高并发症的发生，外阴癌腹股沟淋巴结清扫术也向着微创手术方向发展。外阴癌患者在腹股沟淋巴结清扫术时是否需要保留大隐静脉以进一步减少并发症的发生尚未明确。本研究将从开放手术及内窥镜手术两个方面阐述外阴癌患者在进行腹股沟淋巴结清扫术时保留或切除大隐静脉相关临床研究进展。

    Research progress on whether great saphenous vein should be preserved during inguinal lymphadenectomy for vulvar carcinoma

    [Abstract] Inguinal lymphadenectomy is an important treatment for vulvar cancer. In order to reduce the occurrence of high complications after open inguinal lymphadenectomy，inguinal lymphadenectomy for vulvar cancer is also developing in the direction of minimally invasive surgery. It is not clear whether patients with vulvar cancer need to preserve the great saphenous vein during inguinal lymphadenectomy to further reduce the occurrence of complications. This article will explain the clinical research progress of preservation or resection of the great saphenous vein in patients with vulvar cancer during inguinal lymphadenectomy from two aspects：open surgery and endoscopic surgery. ......
