    [摘要]先兆流產是临床较为常见的妊娠疾病，发病率逐年升高，严重影响着孕龄妇女的身心健康，同时给其家庭带来精神与经济的双重负担。陈莹教授认为本病主要病机为肾脾不足，气血冲任失调。胎失所养，轻则胞漏下血、动而不安，重则胎萎不长而堕。肾系胞胎，脾能载胎，血能养胎，治疗上以补养肾脾为本，益气养血为辅。陈莹教授从医四十余载，总结多年临证经验，结合古人之经方、验方自拟出补肾安胎方，根据患者的不同临床表现，辨证审因，灵活施治，采用中医药治疗为主体，必要时辅以西药治疗的方法，收到显著的临床疗效。本文主要总结陈莹教授从肾脾论治胎动不安的临证经验，并附验案一则，对其运用补肾安胎方的治疗方法进行分析。
