    [摘要]复发性口腔溃疡是发病率最高的口腔黏膜疾病，中医称之为口疮，常认为其病因病机是火热之邪为患，可分为实火和虚火。实火主要是心火亢盛或邪毒内蕴，脏腑积热上攻于口，或过食辛辣炙煿之品，湿热蕴结于内，熏蒸口舌致其溃烂生疮;虚火则因素体阴虚，或久病耗伤阴液，阴虚火旺致虚火上炎;或脾胃虚弱，湿阻中焦，郁而化热，上蒸口腔。故现代医家多从心、脾、肾三脏论治，心火亢盛，则清泻心火，引火下行，常用导赤散、黄连泻心汤等;脾虚湿困，胃有积热，应健脾和胃，清热除湿，多用补中益气汤加减;肾阴不足，阴不制阳，应补肾滋阴，平调阴阳，如知柏地黄丸加减等。本文结合整体观念和辨证论治的基本特点，从脏腑辨证分析阐述复发性口腔溃疡的病因病机，通过分享黄鹰教授治疗口疮的医案1则，阐述从心脾肾论治复发性口腔溃疡。
