引导式教育在小儿脑瘫康复护理干预中的护理效果和有效性

[摘要]目的分析引导式教育在小儿脑瘫康复护理干预中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月三九脑科医院脑瘫科收治的108例小儿脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=54)与观察组(n=54)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用引导式教育。比较两组各项功能改善情况、康复效果和护理满意度,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患儿的社会适应能力、认知功能和躯体功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患儿的康复优良率和护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论给予小儿脑瘫患儿引导式教育能够显著提升患儿的各项功能和康复效果以及护理满意度,具有推广价值。
