    [摘要]腔镜手术器械精细易损，管腔细长，规格形状多样，术后有血液、体液及组织液等残留在管腔及间隙内，又因其材质特殊，清洗灭菌受到限制，清洗难度大、问题多、清洗不到位尤其突出。如何提高腔镜器械清洗质量，这是消毒供应学者们一直探讨的课题。清洗质量是否合格，需要有效的方法来验证，临床上常用的及近年来新的检测方法有目测法和放大镜法、气枪吹气法、试纸检测法、细菌培养检测法、蛋白残留检测法、血液残留阳性率测试法、ATP 荧光检测法、管腔器械检测仪、便携式光源管腔器械检测仪，本文对上述9种检测方法进行综述。

    [Abstract] The cleaning and sterilization of endoscopic surgical instruments are restricted with great cleaning difficulty， multiple cleaning problems， and inadequate cleaning especially prominent due to the fine and fragile characteristics， long and thin lumen and various specifications and shapes， as well as being made of special materials， plus the remain of blood， body fluids and tissue fluids in the lumen and interstitial space after surgery. How to improve the cleaning quality of endoscopic surgical instruments is a topic that has been discussed by scholars specializing in sterilization supply. Effective methods are necessary to verify whether the cleaning quality is qualified or not.
