    [摘要]目的随着医院现代化建设的要求，提升科研能力已成为医院持续发展的重要影响因素。自我国启动三级公立医院绩效考核工作后，医院科研相关指标就成为了绩效考核的重要内容。方法本文将 S 省区域医疗中心之一 C 院作为研究对象，以2019年三级公立医院绩效考核结果及全国整体监测情况为导向，建立 SWOT-PEST 分析模型对其内外部优劣势进行综合分析。结果得出其现阶段科研发展处于外部有利条件但內部存在劣势需采用 WO(扭转型)战略的结论，并据此提出了推动科研能力提升的几点战略措施。结论应从学科建设、平台建设、人才建设、学术交流四个方面进行科研能力提升。
