    [摘要]目的探討积极心理干预结合伴侣参与式护理对初产妇产后心理状态及产后抑郁发生率的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年10月在重庆市东南医院产科行产检并分娩的初产妇90例为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各45例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上接受积极心理干预结合伴侣参与式护理，对两组干预前后角色转换适应度、心理状态及产后抑郁发生率进行比较。结果观察组产后角色转换适应度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);两组干预前的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)，观察组干预后上述指标水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);观察组患者产后抑郁症发生率为2.22%，明显低于对照组的15.56%，差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论积极心理干预结合伴侣参与式护理有助于初产妇产后角色转换，减轻其心理负担，降低产后抑郁发生率，值得推广。
