脑源性神经营养因子与神经炎症在神经退行性疾病中的作用研究进展

邢维昊 张婕 巫晓宇 刘凤 熊静[摘要]证据表明,脑源性神经营养因子前体(proBDNF)和成熟脑源性神经营养因子(mBDNF)通过维持神经元存活、可塑性和调节神经递质,在阿尔茨海默病(AD)、帕金森病(PD)等神经退行性疾病的病理生理机制中发挥重要作用。慢性炎症反应是神经退行性疾病的关键性驱动因素,影响多个脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)相关的信号通路。现对proBDNF、mBDNF和神经炎症在神经退行性疾病中的作用机制及研究进展进行综述,了解神经炎症与 BDNF 在神经退行性疾病的相互作用,有助于制订新的治疗策略。
