    [摘要]妊娠期常由于生理性或病理性原因出现血脂升高，其既可能是人体在妊娠期的生理性保护性反应，也有可能与特殊时期的生活习惯包括饮食和运动等因素相关。然而，随着妊娠血脂的升高，除了会增加孕妇自身血管粥样硬化的风险外，妊娠期并发症及不良事件的发生风险也随之增加，包括妊娠糖尿病、妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征、子痫前期、早产、巨大儿、妊娠期胰腺炎等，严重时甚至危及产妇的生命和胎儿的安全。因此，近年来妊娠血脂代谢异常越来越受到重视，但由于研究数据及证据的不足，目前妊娠血脂尚无统一的正常参考范围，与相关不良事件发生风险无明确的界定标准(目前仍按正常成人血脂标准)。本文对妊娠期血脂变化与妊娠期不良事件的关系，以及胎儿脐血血脂对胎儿出生时体重的影响做一综述。
