    [摘要]乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤，是否存在脉管侵犯对乳腺癌患者的治疗有着重要的影响。磁共振检查为乳腺疾病的诊断提供多种参考信息，结合影像组学分析，预测乳腺癌是否存在脉管侵犯，对乳腺癌患者的精准治疗具有重要的价值。本文就磁共振成像及影像组学分析对预测乳腺癌脉管侵犯的研究进展进行综述。

    [Abstract] Breast cancer is a common malignancy in women， whether there is lymphovascular invasion has an important influence on the treatment of breast cancer patients. Magnetic resonance provides a variety of reference information for the diagnosis of breast disease， combined with imaging analysis， predicts whether there is lymphovascular invasion in breast cancer， and is of great value to the precise treatment of breast cancer patients. In this paper， the research progress of magnetic resonance imaging and radiomics to predict the lymphovascular invasion of breast cancer is reviewed. ......
