    [摘要]我院收治一名危重型肾综合征出血热并发多脏器损害的患者，以“发热、气促、乏力”为首发症状入院治疗，初期考虑感染性发热合并脓毒血症，起病急，病程进展迅猛，并发多脏器损害，病情危重，在早期病史及实验室检查未能明确支持诊断为肾综合征出血热的情况下，多学科协同诊治，中西医并举，患者短期内症状基本缓解，各项指标明显改善，预后良好，表明起病初期及时予以中西医结合疗法效果较好，值得临床借鉴和推广。

    A case of severe hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

    [Abstract] A patient with severe hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome complicated by multi-organ damage and with the initial symptoms of "fever， shortness of breath， and weakness " was admitted to our hospital. It was initially considered to have infectious fever complicated with sepsis with acute onset， rapid progression， complicated by multi-organ damage， and critical condition.
