     9 cases were effective，and 14 cases were invalid，the total effective rate being 68.89%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion：Yang's Bixie Fenqing Drink and Guizhi Jia Gegen Decoction are effective and safe in the treatment of cold-dampness-type lumbar disc herniation，worthy of being clinically applied.
