内热针联合膝关节腔灌洗术治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察(1)
【摘 要】目的：观察内热针联合膝关节腔灌洗术治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将78例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组，每组26例。治疗组采用内热针联合膝关节腔灌洗术治疗，对照1组采用膝关节腔灌洗术治疗，对照2组采用单纯的内热针治疗。3组均治疗3周。观察3组的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，治疗组显效率为80.76%，对照1组显效率为61.53%，对照2组显效率为50.00%。治疗组与对照1组、对照2组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：利用内热针联合膝关节腔灌洗术治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效显著。
