类风湿关节炎合并肺间质病变相关因素临床分析(2)
ILD是RA的常见关节外表现，年龄大、长期吸烟、抗CCP抗体高水平的RA患者易合并ILD，对于有上述危险因素的患者应尽早行HRCT检查及肺功能测定并动态观察，及早诊治RA-ILD，改善患者预后。
