    【摘 要】目的：采用数据挖掘技术分析赵文海教授治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的用药规律。方法：收集近2年赵文海教授治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的门诊处方，采用Excel 2013、SPSS 25.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件构建数据库，进行高频药物分析、用药关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果：高频用药显示，205首处方中使用频次≥80的中药共22味。关联规则分析显示，五灵脂、水蛭为核心药对，同时挖掘出多组常用组合。聚类分析得出4类针对不同证型的常用组合。结论：通过数据挖掘技术较客观地分析出赵文海教授治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的用药规律。

    【ABSTRACT】Objective：To analyze professor ZHAO Wen-hais medication rule of treating knee osteoarthritis of early and middle stage using data mining technology.Methods：The outpatient prescriptions of professor ZHAO Wen-hai for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of early and middle stage in recent two years were collected.The database was constructed by softwares Excel 2013，SPSS 25.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 for high-frequency drug analysis，drug association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results：High frequency medication showed that there were 22 traditional Chinese medicines with frequency no less than 80 in 205 prescriptions.Association rule analysis showed that Wulingzhi(Faeces Trogopterori)and leech were the core drug pair ......
